LAW OF EXPECTATIONS

This law says that whatever you expect with 

• Confidence, 
• Trust,
  
• Assurance
  
• Reliability,
  
• Belief that is not based on proof,
  
• Faith,
• Positive or Negative, becomes your reality.
  

If you confidently expect to succeed, if you confidently expect to learn something from every experience, if you confidently expect to become wealthy as a result of applying your talents and abilities to your opportunities and you maintain that attitude of confident expectations long enough, it will become your reality. It will give you a positive optimistic cheerful attitude that will cause people to want to help you, and will cause things to happen the way you want them to happen.

Hear, O Israel, you are approaching the battle against your enemies today. Do not be fainthearted. Do not be afraid, or panic, or tremble before them, for the LORD your God is the one who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you. 

CONSIDER ALL THIS WHEN YOU PRAY, ALWAYS HAVE AN EXPECTATION BEFORE AND AFTER YOU PRAY, DEPEND ON THE LORD AND SEE HOW HE WILL COME THROUGH FOR YOU .... Amen 

HYPOCRISY

ARE YOU FOR REAL…???
The car was packed with everything but servant attitude. Compact disc players and cosmetics were far more in evidence than bibles or Christian lifestyles.
Efforts to work on studying the bible met with a chorus of grunts.Attitudes didn’t improve much that week. While the teenagers talked about Jesus’ love they rarely showed love to any of the children they were looking after.“Jesus is your friend,” Charles Williams told the teenagers during his turn to tell a story. But after the story, he left their circle and joined his own friends under a tree.
On the last day there, the teenagers brought cameras. “Jim, take a picture,” yelled Rachel Duncan, surrounded by her friend. Seven – year – old Paul grinned and jumped in to pose.“No, go away,” Rachel said, pushing him out of the shot. Embarrassed, Paul walked away. He guessed that God’s love was just a story.
The bible says that many people pretend to serve God (choosing when to and when not no). Read ISAIAH 58:3-9 to discover what God wants from his people.

QUESTIONS
• If the teenagers had used this passage as a guide, how might their week have been different?
• If the passage was addressed to you, how would you change the way you show the love of God to others?

CONSIDER…
• Confessing to God a time when you treated someone unkindly. Ask God to help you find a way to make up for your actions.
• Choosing a person you often ignore and have an “appreciation Day”. Write a note or make something special to make them feel special and appreciated.

2), AN OPEN LETTER TO GOD…!!!
James was tried of seeing what he called “the Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde” sides of his father. In his frustration, he wrote this letter to God.

Dear God,

There are a few things I just don’t understand about people and the way they act. Taking my dad, for example. Don’t get me wrong. He’s a nice man; he goes to church with us and everything. But when it comes to his business, he really changes. Dad’s always talking about how he really “got the best of that bloke” in a business deal or how he “beat her out of a contract.” It just doesn’t seem very Christian.

Oh! And another place is on the road. My dad get really angry with other drivers and sometimes even yell or/and swears at them.And, oh well, I suppose I just don’t understand. It just doesn’t seem very Christian. Can you help me to understand, God?

Hypocrisy is common. Even in Jesus’ day, Jesus followers were troubled by hypocrites. Read MARK 7:1-23 to learn more about the situation

Let me tell you something. I've got the gift of good-bye. It's the tenth spiritual gift, I believe in good-bye. It's not that I'm hateful, it's that I'm faithful, and I know whatever God means for me to have He'll give it to me. And if it takes too much sweat I don't need it. Stop begging people to stay.Let them go!!If you are holding on to something that doesn't belong to you and was never intended for your life, then you need to......LET IT GO!!!
If you are holding on to past hurts and pains......LET IT GO!!!
If someone can't treat you right, love you back, and see your worth.....LET IT GO!!!

If you are holding on to some thoughts of evil and revenge......LET IT GO!!!
If you are involved in a wrong relationship or addiction......LET IT GO!!!
If you are holding on to a job that no longer meets your needs or talentsLET IT GO!!!

If you keep judging others to make yourself feel better......LET IT GO!!!
If you're stuck in the past and God is trying to take you to a new level in Him........LET IT GO!!!
If you are struggling with the healing of a broken relationship.......LET IT GO!!!
If you keep trying to help someone who won't even try to help themselves......LET IT GO!!!
If you're feeling depressed and stressed..........LET IT GO!!!
If there is a particular situation that you are so used to handling yourself and God is saying "take your hands off of it," then you need to......LET IT GO!!!"The Battle is the Lord's!"

Why is Your (our) Fire not Burning anymore???

Ephesians 5:18. Pray in the Spirit at all time with all kinds of prayer. Asking for everything you need. To do this you must always be ready and never give up:

1Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, and seeking whom he may devour:

GOD HELP YOU AS YOU TAKE TIME OUT TO READ THIS MESSAGE ....AMEN

Brethren from the day you accepted JESUS CHRIST as your personal Lord and Saviour, The devil has team up a campaign against you going on at all times. On so many occasion have been asked these question(s) over! and over!! again.
* When I first gave my life to God, it was fantastic and I was so spiritual, there was passion (fire), I was spirit filled but after a why and as time goes on the passion (fire) was dying slowly! Slowly!! and slowly!!! Till every bit left me.
* What can I do? How can I get / again the passion (fire)again, how can I get / keep the fires burning.
* God doesn’t speak to me, what can I do???

The bible made us to understand that every thing we have belongs to God and we should ask anytime (all thing) we desire in His name and it will come to pass – Meaning he’ll do it all.
Can I also say that when we give our life to Christ, there are some practical steps in which we so take / do at all time or regularly.

Such practical steps includes
- Praying (regular) “Ephesians 6:18-20, 1King 8:52&53, and Daniel 8:17-19”
- Reading your bible (regular) “Titus 2”
- Having your quiet time (mostly when God will speak to you) “Ephesians 6:18-20”
- Serve the Lord your God. “psalm 37:3-5”
- Be patient, Loyal and accept all trouble(Christ paid it all) “ 2 Timothy 2:10-13”
- Live right and avoid silly agreements. “2 Timothy 2:22-25”
- Follow the right group of friend “2 John 10, 3 John 11, and Jude 17-23”

These are few and basic fundamental principles we should all follow after ALTER CALL

God himself say at the right time (not at your/our time) I’ll hear your prayer and I’ll protect you which is the sign of it agreement to anyone is cultivate the abit of praying regularly (Isaiah 49:8) reading through this particular chapter God promised that he’ll not make us hungry or thirst and it further said that He’ll comfort his people and have pity on those who suffer (verse 13)

I pray that the Holy Spirit will help u as you have read through this .....Amen

Your/Our purpose(s) in LIFE

2007 was a year of perfection as 7 signified perfection.

2008 is the year of FULFILLMENT as everything PERFECTED in 2007 is about to be FULFILLED in 2008

We need to know our purpose(S) in life as a christian, we need to know the subject in hand, the point at issue, the reason why you and I was created etc.

The book of proverbs says and i quote
“....A wise man has great powers and a man of knowledge increases in strength...”

Wisdom is knowing what to do when others don’t know what to do. The reason a lot of us are not fulfilled in our career is because we don’t know how to discover our life purpose / purpose in life.

Knowledge of our purpose gives us a sense of identity, valve and worth. This inevitably helps us recognise the right career for ourself.

I believe in GOD and im sure you do aswell. Finding our purpose is what we need and must know in life. For example someone once said - Life is like market and before we go to the market, we always know what we want to buy before hand. Therefore , we can’t go into a market not knowing what you want to buy. Appling this theory of market to our individual lifes.

The question(s) now is – DO WE (YOU) KNOW YOUR PURPOSE(S)IN LIFE. If you do,- Questions!!!!! how far are you, are you working towards it yet? If you are not, when do you intend to start? I’ll say start NOW. If you’ve started, WELL DONE do you have a target? and can you measure your success at all? or do you monitor your progress? You can find someone who have to same or a similar puropose as you and this will surely rise your dream(s) come true.

By proritising, setting goals, praying, effectively, staying disciplined and committed. All these are inavoidable to fulfilling our life purpose.

Inconclusion, we need to find our purpose(S) in life. This purpose(s) is(are) alway different to the person next to you. I-e. Your parent, friends, siblings e.t.c.

PASSION = The things that naturally energise, excite and motivate you. Passion can be broken doen into three categories. Talent Related Passion, Service Related Passion, and Interest Related Passion.

TALENT = Our natural strenghts and gifts, the features of your being, we are born with our talents. We don’t learn them, we perfect them – we dont learn to have a great voice, we are born with a great voice and the we perfect or build the talent up.

Every one has a conscience. It’s an intricate part of your make up. It’s what determines our thoughts, decission, actions, and repercussion

What does the word ATTITUDE means to u as an individual?

ATTITUDE

• The way we think and feel about something. For example – His / Her attitudes are beginning to change ….. They are adopting our attitude of life …etc.
• Attitude on one hand could be the way we behave when we are dealing with someone, especially when this shows how we feel about them – i.e. Good or bad ….. Don’t take that attitude with me young man; don’t give me that attitude again young lady ….etc.
• Our attitude on the other hand could also be the position in which we hold our body

IMPORTANCE OF ATTITUDE

• Your Attitude determines your outcome [Luke 1^{26 – 38}]

Successful people embrace this truth ……ok
You know what! Whether it is a doctor going into surgery, a student sitting in an examination hall, or a pastor preparing a sermon. Confidence increases tour chance of success every time.

• Your attitude towards other determines their attitude towards you.

Smile at people and they will probably smile back. Act hard-nosed and they are likely to snap at you. You know what! if you want to enjoy people as you go through your day, treat them well. – You will never change other life until you change something you do daily “ YOUR ATTITUDE

“. As a Christian and children of God our attitude is been watched and monitored by God. Never take people around you for granted and never forget to say thank you.

• Your attitude gives you the winning edge.

An attitude of I ‘do not expect it, so I ‘do not give it. This will hurt you and close doors to your future.
You know what! Do not be self-serving and opportunistic.
Always look for ways to make your presence an ASSET not a LIABILITY. [Proverbs 28^{23 – 26}]

Because others know somebody well enough to call then by their first name does not mean you should. If somebody says, ‘Hello, my name is James’ do reply with ‘what’s up James’ show the right attitude, respect others and you’ll always have the winning edge and you can get help to where you need to go.

• Your attitude, not your achievement brings happiness

Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God [1 Corinthians 10³¹]
You cannot partner successfully with someone who does not share your goals.
Your development, and in some cases your blessings / breakthrough, can only take place when you walk with the right frame of attitude.

Success does not suddenly occur, neither does failure. Each is a process. Every day of our life is merely preparation for the next [Proverbs 30²⁵]

YOU / WE CAN DO BETTER

Don't let the hype fool you. God will take care of you if you are faithful to him.

You can pay all your bills if you work hard and manage your money. You can be in better health if you live right, eat right, and exercise. You won't need a financial miracle or a life saving breakthrough if you do what is right on a daily basis.

Some of us always pray for money, but whenever they get money, they blow it on designer clothes and jewellery instead of paying their electric bill, helping the needy or rent!

There are people that fast and cry out to God for a breakthrough, and yet they are in sinful relationships out side of marriage!

Some of us chase conference after conference, read book after book, listen to tape after tape, watch video after video, and say that they are about to get a breakthrough miracle, but they don't take care of themselves spiritually, their relationship with God isn't right.

This is not the way my friend. "You must do better if you expect better".
You can not be a half stepper and expect whole steps from God. God wants to be pleased. That's the way to receive from him and if you do not please him, you are on your own.

Some of us need to surrender to the Almighty GOD and allow Him alone to do His will in our lives without which we can not do any better.

Sure he can take a little and make much out of it, but he must have your little consistently.
You must do better! If you keep doing the same things over and over, you will get the same things over and over.

WAYS TO DO BETTER

Ø Obedience to God – Genesis 12:1-4
Ø Please God in all your ways - Proverbs 16:1-7
Ø Deny yourself & lose your life for God – Luke 9:23 & 24
